FEW WORDS ABOUT Maciek

I am studying physiotherapy at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. I am a personal trainer and a gym instructor. I was practicing badminton for a few years, but now I am focusing mainly on strength and functional training. Above all, I care about keeping my body healthy and functioning properly, but at the same time I strive to maintain an aesthetic physique. From the very beginning of my fitness experience, I have been trying to pass my knowledge and enthusiasm for sport to others.

 While training with the client, what I consider to be of upmost importance, is the personalised selection of exercises and the correct form of performing them. What I also deeply care about is that the trainings I conduct are diverse, focused on the client’s goals and, most importantly, safe. During sessions, I frequently implement functional exercises, but I also turn to strength training and bodybuilding methods and exercises on a regular basis.

 I am not an active competitor in any particular discipline of sport. What fascinates me, is discovering and learning about kinds of physical activity that were previously unfamiliar to me. This allows me to keep innovating, keep drawing new and original training inspirations and ensures that my approach stays fresh.
