I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw (specialisation: psychotherapy). Currently, I’m doing postgraduate training to become an individual and group psychotherapist. Thanks to such analytical background I have a better insight into the minds of people who are dealing with body-related problems, and I know how to motivate them to succeed. I’m a qualified bodybuilding instructor, with a licence granted by the Polish Minister of Sport in 2006, and I have also completed numerous training courses for personal trainers.
I gained my clinical experience while working with patients suffering from eating disorders at the Day Care Ward of the Warsaw Nowowiejski Hospital. My many years of training clients of various needs and capabilities have also given me ample sports experience. I have helped attain training goals of, among others, people above 60, pregnant women, youth, those who wished to lose weight and those who wanted to gain muscle. I have led trainings preparing for specific sports, such as long-distance running, football or skiing. I have cooperated with renowned Warsaw fitness clubs, including Sinnet Tennis Club, Holmes Place, Pure, Calypso, Zdrofit and Fit&Fun. I offer individual consultations and organise corporate workshops on nutrition psychology and related aspects, and as a personal trainer I support and motivate those who wish to take care of their body, change their eating habits and improve their quality of life.
I have been an adamant sport enthusiast since as long as I can remember – I ran cross-country races in my hometown Włocławek at the Vectra track and field club and now I jog for my own satisfaction.
Privately, I’m happily married and when I’m not running – I travel or spend time with my friends, preferably over a cup of coffee or a glass of good wine.
