Privately, I do everything at a snail’s pace but this changes dramatically when the training session begins. I like movies, sport, travelling, tasty and healthy cuisine and challenges – those which need to be taken on during the training and those posed by life.

Bio

I graduated from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw [Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego], I’m a personal trainer and an instructor of several sports: bodybuilding, alpine skiing, football and volleyball. I trained volleyball for over 13 years, which resulted in my II grade volleyball trainer diploma.

Currently, I specialize mainly in resistance training – training myself and my clients by shaping the body in a balanced way, in order to achieve a naturally symmetrical posture.

I enjoy working both with clients who wish to gain muscle as well as with those that would like to lose weight. I have also trained people over 60.

In my work I combine methods typical for traditional bodybuilding training and functional training, mixing them with exercises preparing for a specific sports activity. I devote much attention to proper training technique in order to minimise the risk of injuries and also to take full advantage of the training potential of my clients.

In the wintertime I like to teach beginners how to gracefully zigzag down the slope.
