What is also important is the frequency and optimal duration of particular exercises. A cardio part has to last at least 30 minutes since the process of fat burning kicks in only after 20 minutes. On the other hand, high-intensity interval training should not extend beyond 40 minutes. If you are a newbie, our trainer will probably propose a 60-minute session adjusted to your abilities.
Weight reduction training – how does it work?
Body fat reduction works best when your metabolism accelerates. And this happens when you engage in varied physical activity. Reduction training is composed of three main types of exercises.
- Aerobic training speeds up your pulse rate and breathing, oxygenates your muscles and organs, hence improving their functioning.
- Interval training (alternating high-intensity and low-intensity exercises) is very exhausting and demanding but after it you will burn calories even up to 24 hours after the training session.
- Strength exercises, on the other hand, enable you to build and strengthen your muscles so that they work more efficiently and consume more energy.

To accomplish your dream goal, you just need to follow the plan. It’s worth underlining that a properly designed training regime is of comprehensive nature – while focusing on our main goal, we observe also other positive effects – for instance, you lose weight and at the same time your mobility is improved and your paraspinal muscles become stronger. When you reach your main goal, we modify your training programme to adjust it to your current needs (for instance, if you want to have a go at a marathon, we will add necessary elements of running training).
