FEW WORDS ABOUT Aleksander
I am a Master in Physical Education, a basketball coach and a certified personal trainer. Sport has accompanied me all my life. Currently, I continue my adventure with it as an active player of a 2-league basketball team. My interest in strength training started when injuries became more frequent and I had to compete on the court with players who were bigger, older and stronger than me. Over time, my passion for weight training deepened, as I began to see the positive effects of strength training not only on better performance on the pitch, but more importantly on confidence, health and an improved quality of life. I want to experience as much as possible in life, so I try my hand at discovering different passions such as surfing or motocross.
I believe that training should be a time spent improving oneself, improving one’s health and appearance, as well as an enjoyable time giving a sense of fulfilment. It is very important to me that the exercises performed are safe, effective but also challenging for the client.
