Sports have been an integral part of my life since I went to my first muay thai training as a thirteen-year-old. Years of martial arts training and working on my body have taught me humility, discipline and awareness of my own body’s needs. Working with my mentees, I try to inspire and motivate them to exceed their own limitations, while taking care of their physical and mental well-being.

Few words about Ewa

I am a master’s degree in molecular biology and a certified personal trainer. My knowledge of genetics through biochemistry to anatomy and physiology gives me a more complete picture of how the human body functions, which still leaves science with many puzzles to solve.

I believe that taking care of both body and mind is equally important to enjoy a healthy and happy life. In my opinion, physical activity is inseparable in this process, allowing to shape not only the figure, but also the personality. Therefore, when working with my clients, I pay attention not only to the physical aspect, but also to the mental aspect. During training, my clients work on their physical form, but also overcome their own limitations and weaknesses, and build self-confidence.
