I am a master’s degree in molecular biology and a certified personal trainer. My knowledge of genetics through biochemistry to anatomy and physiology gives me a more complete picture of how the human body functions, which still leaves science with many puzzles to solve.
I believe that taking care of both body and mind is equally important to enjoy a healthy and happy life. In my opinion, physical activity is intrinsic to this process, allowing not only the figure but also the personality to be shaped. Therefore, when working with my clients, I pay attention not only to the physical aspect, but also to the mental aspect. During training, my clients work on their physical form, but also overcome their own limitations and weaknesses, and build up their self-confidence.
