Few words about Zuzanna
I am a personal trainer, Master of Physiotherapy and a certified masseuse. I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, and I constantly develop my skills by participating in numerous courses in the field of various forms of training, manual therapy and massage. I gained professional experience thanks to internships and work in rehabilitation clinics and sports clubs, incl. Legia Warsaw Academy.
Training in physiotherapy: pinotherapy, Maitland manual therapy (level 1), basic PNF, developing PNF, SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Taping, 1st and 2nd degree massage course, Chinese cupping massage and hot stone massage.
Coaching trainings: personal trainer (REPs), training of pregnant and postpartum women, physical activity of pregnant women, physical activity of women after childbirth, strength training – programming and exercise technique
I always choose training methods individually – based both on the expectations and capabilities of my clients and joint or spine pains. I am sure that those pains are not the showstopper to physical activity. On the contrary, I believe that they can be a great motivation to start the adventure with sport. I pay particular attention to the correct and perfect exercise technique to achieve planned goals without adversely affecting the entire motor system. Thanks to this, we act preventively to reduce the risk of injury also in future.
Sport has always been an integral part of my life. For 12 years I have been doing athletics, being a multiple finalist of the Polish Championships and the Polish Academic Championships in the 100 m hurdles race. Currently, apart from running, I do volleyball and functional training. In my free time, I am very keen on traveling and exploring the secrets of physiotherapy in sport.
