Personal trainer, Physiotherapist

Who is Zuzanna?

I am a personal trainer, a master’s degree in physiotherapy and a certified massage therapist. I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, and I am constantly developing my skills by participating in numerous courses on various forms of training, manual therapy and massage. I gained my professional experience through internships and work in rehabilitation clinics and sports clubs, including the Academy of Legia Warsaw.

Physiotherapy training: pinotherapy, Maitland manual therapy (level 1), PNF basic, PNF developing, SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Taping, massage course 1st and 2nd degree, Chinese bubble massage and massage with hot stones.

Train the trainer courses: personal trainer (REPs), training for pregnant women and post-partum women, physical activity for pregnant women, physical activity for post-partum women, strength training – programming and exercise technique.

I always select training methods individually, depending on the expectations and capabilities of my clients, and joint or back pains do not frighten me and do not have to be a contraindication to physical activity. On the contrary, I believe that they can be a good motivation to start the adventure with sport. I pay particular attention to the correct technique of exercises performed in order to achieve the set goals without having a negative impact on the entire musculoskeletal system. In this way, we act preventively and reduce the risk of injury in the future as well.

Sport has always been an integral part of my life. For 12 years I was involved in athletics, being a multiple finalist of the Polish Championships and the Polish Academic Championships in the 100m hurdles run. Currently, apart from running, volleyball and functional training are close to my heart. In my free time, I am very keen to travel and explore the secrets of physiotherapy in sport.
