Few words about Malwina
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw (specialization: Psychotherapy). The psychoanalytical approach helps me to understand people experiencing several difficulties related to their body, and motivate them to act effectively. I have state bodybuilding instructor qualifications granted by the Minister of Sport in 2006, moreover, I have completed numerous trainings in the field of personal training.
Among others, I have gained clinical experience while working with patients suffering from eating disorders at the Day Ward of the Nowowiejski Hospital. Almost fifteen years of work with clients having various needs and possibilities allowed me to gain comprehensive coaching experience. I realised jointly set training goals by working with people in their late 60s, pregnant women, adolescents, people who want to lose weight or build muscle mass. I held individual trainings preparing for practicing specific sports, such as long-distance running, football or skiing.
Currently, I conduct individual consultations and workshops for corporate clients in psychodietetics, and as a trainer, I do support and motivate people who want to take care of their body, change their eating habits and improve their live quality.
For many years I have been closely associated with sport. As a competitor of the Vectra Włocławek athletics club, I trained cross-country running. Currently, I exercise for my own satisfaction and well-being.
Privately, I am Tymon’s mother. When I’m not jogging – I travel or spend time with my friends, preferably with a cup of coffee or a glass of good wine.
