We combine aerobic exercises (walking, running, cycling), oxygenating the body with resistance exercises, which strengthen muscles and bones. Finally, stretching, which improves range of motion and protects against injuries.

How to start training for seniors – first steps
Deciding to start training for seniors is the first and most important step on the road to better health and well-being. You can take care of the following elements to start your adventure more easily:
- Introduce daily activity as the first steps. Exercises for beginning seniors, such as walking, Nordic walking, taking the stairs instead of using the elevator, checking out the equipment of outdoor gyms, regardless of your fitness level, are a great starting point.
- Safety first: if in doubt, check with your GP that training is not too demanding an activity for you at this stage. If necessary, get the necessary tests done. Also remember to always warm up before any exercise and cool down afterwards.
