I have completed two fields of study: Physical Education and Sport at the Academy of Physical Education in Biała Podlaska. I am a certified personal trainer, a PZLA trainer, a bodybuilding instructor and a fitness instructor. I am successively deepening my knowledge by participating in trainings devoted to working with clients. I am passionate about functional training, including elements of motor preparation training, which improves the overall performance of the human body.
When working with clients, I use a variety of training methods, which I adjust individually so as to achieve the desired goals, improve well-being and prevent injuries of the musculoskeletal system. I have experience in working with people wishing to reduce excess weight, build muscle mass, correct posture defects and get rid of joint and spine pain. My priority is always the technique of the exercises performed, the quality of the movement and safety during training. I use the latest knowledge in sports training to ensure maximum results for my clients.
Athletics is particularly close to my heart, as I trained it for 12 years, being a titled athlete and a medallist at the Polish Triple Jump Championships. Nowadays, I train to keep fit and feel even better. Besides, I am a lover of literature, cinema and self-development in the broadest sense. As a former athlete, I am characterised by a professional approach to my duties and great conscientiousness.
