Who is Amelia?

I am a certified personal trainer and a beginner physiotherapist. I have also completed a course in sports massage and a course in ‘healthy spine’ fitness classes.

Movement has accompanied me from an early age. More than a decade spent training in ballet taught me, above all, discipline, running and swimming taught me to overcome my own limitations, and strength training taught me systematicity, patience and the desire for continuous development. Today, physical activity is my favourite way of spending time and my greatest passion.

During sessions with my clients, I do not limit myself to strength training only – we train the body holistically, functionally and in such a way that activity simply brings pleasure and makes everyday life easier. I believe that you can get so much more out of physical activity than just improving your figure and I believe that movement really is for everyone.

I am happy to work with clients who are aiming to reduce body fat, increase overall fitness, build muscle mass or correct posture. In my career I have already had the opportunity to work with people of all age groups, including pregnant women. My work allows me to rediscover the meaning of the statement ‘movement is life’ every day and to appreciate the possibilities the human body offers. The client’s comfort is as important to me as a well-chosen workout, which is why I try to create a friendly atmosphere and focus on open communication.
