Who is Adam?

I am a graduate of Physiotherapy at the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. In my work I use the knowledge I gained from studies, courses and workshops in the field of physiotherapy and training, and above all, several years of experience in working with a variety of ‘cases’.

I have completed a course in deep tissue massage and myofascial release with palpation anatomy, Kinesiology Taping and PNF II, thanks to which I am able to work with clients who have sport goals, as well as I am very willing to deal with post-traumatic, post-surgical or neurological situations.

I help my clients to set and maintain sporting goals, strive for full fitness and get rid of pain in the musculoskeletal system. I myself have been involved in sport since childhood, I played football for ten years, after which I was completely absorbed by strength training and fitness sports such as running, cycling and swimming. I base my work on a holistic approach to people, using my love of working with people, physiotherapy and physical activity.
