Our training studio – Mokotow is open to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort. While exercising, you can convince yourself of the benefits of using high-end training equipment. Personal training
In our training studio, we provide customers with high-quality exercise equipment. With them, you will strengthen every muscle part. However, to avoid injuries and overtraining, we employ professionals who will show you how to use the equipment safely. With the support of a personal trainer in Mokotów, your training will be tailored to your specific needs and abilities with the utmost attention to safety.
Individual training
We all have different needs – and this also applies to physical activity. We may not all be equally fit, we may not all be equally strong, but we all have one thing in common – we can all exercise. Physiotherapy
Injuries happen even without physical activity. So it is not surprising that athletes – more or less advanced – are exposed to them. Overloading muscles and tendons is a completely normal thing when training. Of course, with movement under the watchful eye of a personal trainer, the risk can be significantly reduced, but it is still important not to get discouraged after the first minor injury. Already have a training goal? Don’t let one injury derail your plans. Come to us so we can help you set a plan of action. However, if, despite expert support, you do happen to get injured, take advantage of our service, which is physiotherapy at our Mokotow studio. A specially designated office has been professionally equipped and qualified physiotherapists help injured athletes (of all levels) return to full fitness every day.
Safety
For the comfort and safety of our clients, we apply hygiene and sanitary rigor – before and after each client, our equipment is disinfected, and the rooms are ozonized if necessary. We make every effort to ensure that the cleanliness of the training rooms and physiotherapy offices meets the highest standards. We also provide protective measures such as hand disinfectant liquids and gels, and even masks if someone would like to use and thus feel more secure. Most of the training rooms in our studios are designed for individual client-trainer work.
