I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Education, am a basketball coach and a certified personal trainer. Sport has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently devote my time to strength training, martial arts training and basketball. My interest in strength training began when I started suffering more frequent injuries and had to face players on the court who were bigger, older and stronger than me. Over time, my passion for weight training deepened, as I began to recognise the positive impact of strength training not only on my performance on the court, but above all on my self-confidence, health and quality of life. I want to experience as much as possible in life, which is why I try my hand at discovering different sports and passions.
I believe that training should be a time spent on self-improvement, enhancing one’s health and appearance, as well as enjoyable moments that provide a sense of professionalism, fulfilment and agency.
The most important thing for me in my work is that my clients make progress safely, effectively, holistically and in a way that is tailored to their goals and needs. I work with a wide range of people, from women before, during and after pregnancy, through to those struggling with being overweight or obese, to those leading a sedentary lifestyle and those in need of a broad improvement in their health and quality of life.
