I have been physically active since I was a child and I can’t imagine that my life would ever lack it. I am convinced that the most important thing in training is regularity, so I make sure that the classes are interesting, but also demanding, so that the emerging effects motivate me to exercise regularly.

Few words about Jan
I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, a bodybuilding instructor, a motor preparation trainer and a swimming instructor. I have been involved with swimming competitively for the last 10 years. During this time I have learned to comprehensively perceive many aspects important for safe and effective training.
I currently specialise mainly in strength training with free weights. On a daily basis, I work with clients who want to lose weight and build an aesthetic silhouette. During classes, I show my clients that they are able to overcome their limitations and barriers, which are most often only the result of misconceptions about themselves. I believe that by exercising regularly, you can have a positive impact on many areas beyond appearance – improve fitness, increase self-confidence and make everyday activities easier.
I like to dedicate my free time to my own workouts, long walks and meditation.
