My interest in exercise and the need to move culminated in my life. I lost 26 kg in that time. A dozen years have passed since then, and physical activity has stayed with me in my professional life and also as a default leisure activity.

Who is Kamil?

I am a certified personal trainer, a sport instructor with a specialisation in bodybuilding, a master’s degree in physiotherapy and a certified manual therapist of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of Spinal and Joint Pain according to McKenzie. I graduated from the Medical University of Lublin. I have participated in many courses and trainings in the field of rehabilitation (e.g. training in Kaltenborn-Evjenth method, training in Dr Ackermann’s method, training in Mulligan’s method, training in FDM method, training in Anatomy Trains – Anatomy Trains Structure and Function and 6 modules of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration – Structural Essentials, Kinesiologytaping training, PNF training, Suffolk training and many others), massage (e.g. functional massage, relaxation, massage therapy, massage of the spine and joints). including functional massage, relaxation and modelling, sports massage, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage) and fitness (including Medical Training, Motor Training, Functional Training, Anatomy Trains in Training and many others). I worked in a rehabilitation clinic, setting up and carrying out individual movement improvement programmes. I gained my experience as a personal trainer working in fitness clubs in Radom, Krakow and Warsaw.

In my work with clients, I use the latest training methods, including TRX, Kettlebells, Pilates, Anatomy Trains in Motions and circuit training, combining them with physiotherapeutic methods depending on the needs of my clients. I can plan and carry out training aimed at reducing unnecessary kilograms or increasing muscle mass, taking into account all the musculoskeletal disorders that the client has. At the same time, I treat and train anyone who complains of joint or back problems. It is also important what is going on in the mind, so I look at the client holistically, taking into account not only their physical needs, but also their mental conditions.

I effectively mobilise my clients to make efforts and sacrifices, which ultimately leads to achieving the desired goals. I firmly believe that nothing is impossible! And satisfied clients realising their dreams under my guidance seem to confirm this belief.

I am interested in rehabilitation in sports, as well as strength sports in the broadest sense. I train myself in every free moment.
