I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw (with a specialisation in Psychotherapy). A psychoanalytical approach allows me to understand people experiencing difficulties related to their bodies and motivate them to act effectively. I hold a state licence of bodybuilding instructor granted by the Minister of Sport in 2006, moreover I have completed numerous trainings in personal training.
I gained clinical experience, among others, while working with patients suffering from eating disorders at the Day Care Unit of Nowowiejski Hospital. Nearly fifteen years of working with clients with a wide variety of needs and abilities has, in turn, allowed me to gain comprehensive coaching experience. I have pursued joint training goals working with, among others, people over 60, pregnant women, young people, people wishing to lose weight or build muscle mass. I have conducted individual training sessions to prepare for specific sports, such as long-distance running, football or skiing.
Currently, I conduct individual consultations and workshops for corporations in the broad field of psychodietetics, and as a coach, I support and motivate people who want to take care of their bodies, change their eating habits and improve their quality of life.
I have been closely involved in sport myself for many years. As a competitor in the Vectra Włocławek athletics club, I trained cross-country running. Nowadays, I exercise for my own satisfaction and to feel better.
Privately, I’m Tymon’s mum and when I’m not running – I’m travelling or spending time with friends, preferably over a good coffee.
