Few words about Natalia

I am a certified personal trainer (REPs accreditation)and a 4th year Physiotherapy student at the Medical University of Warsaw. I expand my knowledge on many courses in massage, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. I perform, among others, deep tissue massage, classical massage, sports massage and Kobido face massage.

I take an individual and holistic approach when working with clients. I analyse health, lifestyle and daily habits to best tailor a training plan to each exerciser’s goals and needs. During training, I strive to teach correct movement patterns and rely on open communication and empathy to help clients feel comfortable and safe. I apply a holistic view of the individual: I use my knowledge of physiotherapy and training methodology, support and motivate so that the people I work with achieve the best possible results.

I work with those aiming to reduce body fat levels as well as those looking to build muscle mass, increase strength or return to activity after injury. My goal is to improve function and quality of life and to prevent injury recurrence and deterioration.

I still regularly train basketball at my university club, and in my spare time I work out at the gym, read books and spend time with friends.
