In everyday life “turtle temperament” is the phrase that characterises me the best. But the situation changes dramatically when training begins. Besides training, I love cinema, sports, traveling, good and healthy cuisine, challenges – both training and life challenges.

Few words about Paweł
I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, a personal trainer and an instructor of several sports disciplines: bodybuilding, downhill skiing, football and volleyball. I was a professional volleyball player for over 13 years, which resulted in getting the diploma of a 2nd class volleyball coach. Currently, I specialize mainly in resistance training, which can develop the entire body in a proportionate way and guarantee natural and symmetrical figure. I am happy to work with the clients, who want to build muscle mass, as well as with those who would like to reduce their body weight. I also have the experience in working with clients in their late 60s. In my work, I use and combine methods taken from classic bodybuilding training, functional training and motor preparation for a specific sports discipline. I am paying great importance to the exercises technique in order to minimize the risk of injury and, at the same time, fully use the training potential. I am spending winter seasons training beginner skiers.
