Who is Natalia?

I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy and am a certified personal trainer and sports coach. I graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw. In my day-to-day work, I combine my knowledge of physiotherapy, manual therapy and training to help my patients and clients regain their fitness, relieve pain and achieve their health and fitness goals.

I am constantly developing my skills by taking part in specialist training programmes and courses. I offer deep tissue massage, Kobido facial massage, temporomandibular joint therapy, as well as relaxation and sports massages. In my work, I also use shockwave therapy, lymphatic drainage and kinesiotaping.

I take an individualised approach to my work. I analyse a client’s health, lifestyle and daily habits to tailor the therapy and training plan as effectively as possible. I place great emphasis on teaching correct movement patterns, mindful breathing and the proper activation of deep muscles, which form the foundation of a fit and healthy body.

My aim is not only to alleviate symptoms, but above all to improve functionality, quality of life and build healthy habits. I work with people looking to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, as well as with patients returning to activity following injuries. 

I particularly enjoy working with women who want to consciously shape their figures and feel good in their own bodies, as well as with pregnant women and new mums who want to safely look after their fitness. 

In my private life, I’ve been passionate about physical activity for years and play basketball as a hobby. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, watching TV series and spending time with my family and friends.
