Daniel Baranowski

Personal Trainer

It all started in secondary school… Gym, amateur – boxing, and also cycling. “Go for physiotherapy, light work, with people, and you like movement, it comes together”. – I got the advice from my mum. After time, it turned out that it wasn’t that light at all 🙂 I absolutely don’t regret the decision though – graduating from high school in economics I didn’t see myself behind a desk, and helping and restoring another person’s fitness is definitely something that gives me the energy to act on a daily basis.

QualificationsMaster of Physiotherapy, personal trainer
Sports practicedstrength training, cycling, running
Hobbygym, mountains, professional development through courses and professional literature, film, fiction books

Few words about Daniel

I graduated from the Higher School of Rehabilitation in Warsaw, as well as a personal trainer course. Numerous trainings, such as medical therapeutic training, muscle and fascial relaxation methods or Mulligan’s therapy techniques make me able to help my clients with a wide range of ailments. I prefer to work directly with the Patient, I focus on manual therapy, strength training, fascial work and massage.

I have also had training in the areas of spinal and joint manipulation, soft tissue diagnosis and treatment and much more. I worked in a hospital in the Rehabilitation Department, where I gained a lot of experience in working with people after injuries, spinal surgery, knee arthroscopy or having endoprostheses.

During a training or physiotherapy session, the client is never only assessed by me in terms of the injury he or she is suffering from. I pay attention to the whole body, often finding the problem quite different from the reported ailment.
