I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, holding a Master’s degree in Sport; I am a physical conditioning coach, a sports medicine coach, and also a bodybuilding and swimming instructor. I competed in swimming for almost 10 years. During that time, I learnt to take a comprehensive view of the many aspects that are important for safe and effective training.
I currently specialise mainly in free-weight strength training. On a day-to-day basis, I work with clients who want to build strength and achieve an aesthetically pleasing physique, or to alleviate various types of pain. I am also happy to work with runners of all ability levels. During sessions, I show my clients that they are capable of overcoming their limitations and barriers, which are most often merely the result of misconceptions about themselves. I believe that regular exercise can have a positive impact on many areas beyond just appearance – it can improve fitness, boost self-confidence and make everyday activities easier.
I like to spend my free time on my own training sessions, long walks and meditation.
