My interest in physical exercise and strong need to move became the true highlight of my life. Thanks to that I lost 26 kg. Couple of years have passed since then, and physical activity has remained with me – in my professional life, as well as as my default way of spending free time.

Few words about Kamil
I am a certified personal trainer (sports instructor with a specialization in bodybuilding), a master in physiotherapy and a certified manual therapist for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of Spine and Joint Pain according to McKenzie. I graduated from the Medical University of Lublin. Additionally, I have participated many courses and trainings in the field of rehabilitation (including training in the Kaltenborn-Evjenth method, training in the Dr. Ackermann method, training in the Mulligan method, training in the FDM method, training in Anatomy Trains – Anatomy Trains Structure and Function and 6 Anatomy modules Trains Structural Integration – Structural Essentials Structural Fundamentals, Kinesiology training training, PNF training, Dry Needling training and many others), massage (including functional massage, relaxation and modeling massage, sports massage, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage) and fitness (e.g. training Medical Training, Motor Training, Functional Training, Anatomy Trains in Training and many others). I worked for a rehabilitation clinic, arranging and conducting individual rehabilitation programs. I gained the experience of a personal trainer while working in fitness clubs in Radom, Krakow and Warsaw.
In my work with clients, I am using the latest training methods, incl. TRX, Kettlebells, Pilates, Anatomy Trains in Motions, or circuit training. I also combine them with physiotherapeutic methods depending on the personal needs of my customers. I am able to plan and conduct training aimed at weight reduction or increasing muscle mass, taking into account all musculoskeletal disorders of my clients. At the same time, I treat and train anyone who suffers from problems with joints or the spine. Training comfort is also important, so I treat the clients comprehensively, also taking into account physical needs and mental conditions.
I effectively mobilize my clients to efforts and sacrifices, which finally guarantees the achievement of the intended goals. I strongly believe, that nothing is impossible! Satisfied customers who make their dreams come true under my supervision seem to confirm this belief.
I am interested in rehabilitation and strength sports. Personally, I train every time I have spare moment.
