Who is Marcin?

I am a certified personal trainer and gym and fitness instructor.

As a teenager, I was always active: horse riding, karate, cycling, rollerblading, basketball and volleyball. Then adult life took over, and sport gradually disappeared from my routine. A sedentary job, lack of movement and several years of neglect took their toll: excess weight, chronic back pain and virtually no fitness.

During the pandemic, I decided it was time for a real change, which is how I found MIND YOUR BODY. I quickly began to see the physical changes I had been looking for, but I gained much more than that. My back pain subsided, my fitness improved, and so did my overall health and outlook on life. This transformation made me realise that I wanted to help others experience the same benefits. A few years later, inspired by Kamil Kochański, I went from being a client to becoming a trainer.

I continue to develop my expertise in strength and physique training, with a strong focus on technique, correct movement patterns and long-term health. Training is the foundation, but it is not enough on its own. Nutrition, supplementation and a conscious approach to health are equally important parts of the process. I am always happy to share this knowledge with my clients and encourage them to take an active role in each of these areas.

I work with a wide range of people, but two groups are particularly close to me. The first includes those who are just starting out: people who lack confidence, feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, endless diets and social media gurus, and may even feel anxious about entering a gym. The second includes those who know what they want and are determined from their very first session to keep progressing and reaching higher levels. I started in the first group myself, and I know what the journey towards the second looks like.

I am a demanding trainer, but I will only ask of you what you are genuinely capable of giving—often more than you realise yourself. Without challenge, there is no progress. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all methods or miracle diets. I believe in everyday choices, consistency and hard work, and that is exactly where I will support you.

I approach every client with empathy and understanding, but I do not allow obstacles to dictate the outcome. I look for ways to overcome them, even when that means taking a thousand small steps instead of one big leap.

Outside of training, I work in programming and automation. I enjoy solving problems, whether they appear in code or on the gym floor.
