I am a certified personal trainer and a 3rd year physiotherapy student. I have completed a muscle strength training programming and periodisation course. In my free time, I focus mainly on further education and improving my qualifications, which I use in my work.
During the performance of my duties, I focus my attention on improving all the motor characteristics of the client, selecting the appropriate training volume and intensity to their needs, abilities and goals. My clients range from members of the general population who want to start their adventure with movement to injured athletes who are striving to regain fitness. During joint trainings, I want the client to draw as much positive energy and motivation for activity and further work on their fitness as possible.
I myself have been training Kick-Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for several years. Through these sports I have not only developed all-round motor skills, but I have also learned consistency, perseverance and built confidence.
