I am a personal trainer and a physiotherapy student. In my work, I adopt an EBM (Evidence-Based Medicine) approach – based on the latest scientific knowledge – ensuring that the training and rehabilitation process is effective, safe and tailored to each person’s individual needs.
I specialise in working with people struggling with overuse injuries, pain and injuries who want to return to full fitness and sporting activity. I also help those who are just starting their journey with exercise and are looking for professional support in building healthy habits and improving their fitness.
Sport has been an important part of my life for years. Currently, I focus mainly on hybrid training and motor preparation inspired by the HYROX format, combining the development of strength, endurance and general fitness. Thanks to my own experiences, I know how important consistency, patience and a properly tailored plan are.
