Who is Mikołaj?

I am a physiotherapy student at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, a football coach and a personal trainer. I have been involved in sport since the age of six, when I first attended a football training session.

During my physiotherapy studies, I realised just how important physical activity is – and, unfortunately, how badly neglected it is in our society. This has given me a sense of mission and a desire to encourage everyone who doesn’t know where to start or has reservations to get moving. In my training sessions, I focus on the right intensity, regularity and personalised exercises to help my clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
But I also focus on educating them about the benefits of strength training and having fun!

In my spare time, I love travelling, enjoying good food and trying out new sports. I love hiking in the mountains. At the moment, I do strength training, run and play in a six-a-side football league.
