Few words about Aśka
I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education, a personal trainer, swimming and volleyball instructor. In my practice, depending on the needs of the client, I use various forms of training: gymnastic elements, mobility, exercises with Kettlebells weights, classic bodybuilding methods, or triathlon. I have experience in strength preparation focused on specific sports, including running, volleyball and swimming.
In addition to training issues, I pay a lot of attention to mental aspects when working with Mentees. I try to incorporate mindfulness practice and breath work into physical training. I believe that a fit and strong body translates into mental well-being, self-confidence and well-being.
I spend my free time working out, listening to crime podcasts or looking for workout news, and when time is a bit more I head to the mountains.
