Few words about Mariusz
I am a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, an experienced physiotherapist, masseur and personal trainer. Additionally, I have completed numerous courses and trainings related to both, manual therapy and coaching. Now I can combine this knowledge and experience in my work with clients.
I pay special attention to the exercise technique and choose them in the way to improve the weakest parts of the body. It is important for me that the exercises were as functional as possible to improve the quality of clients’ everyday life. This can reduce the risk of various injuries.
My daily work is related to physical culture, which is why I try hard to be a good example myself. From the middle school years I have been associated with the Olympic discipline – weightlifting. This have built my character and life attitude – only hard training and no less commitment give the expected results. I also try to transfer this attitude to my clients. In my free time I like reading books and watching good movies, or even more so – mountain views. Walking in the mountains, cycling and functional training are the activities that I mainly choose for myself.
