Physical activity has accompanied me from an early age, so I have had the opportunity to learn a variety of many sports. My main goal is to encourage regular exercise and introduce healthy habits that will improve the quality of your life. As a personal trainer and physiotherapy student, and at the same time an active athlete, I combine theoretical knowledge with practice, creating effective action plans.

Few words about Mateusz

I am a certified personal trainer and a third-year physiotherapy student. I completed the Muscle Strength Training Programming and Periodization course. In my free time, I mainly focus on further education and improving my skills, which I use in my work.

During the performance of my duties, I focus my attention on improving all the motor characteristics of the client, selecting the appropriate volume and intensity of training to his needs, abilities and goals. My clients are both members of the general population who want to start their adventure with movement, as well as injured athletes who are striving to restore fitness. During joint training sessions, I want the client to get as much positive energy and motivation to be active and continue working on their fitness.

I myself have been training Kick-Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for several years. Thanks to these sports, I have not only developed all-around motor skills, but also learned consistency, perseverance and built self-confidence. I encourage you to start your own adventure with movement so that you too can experience positive changes in your life!
