FEW WORDS ABOUT Szymon
Movement biomechanics is particularly important in my work. The analysis of effort in various aspects can provide me with the necessary information to adapt training to the most demanding parameters.
I am a graduate of the Warsaw University of Physical Education and a coach of motor preparation. I have knowledge supported by numerous courses and experience in physical preparation of children, adolescents and adults at different levels: from amateurs to professional athletes.
I mainly deal with improving functionality and all motoric features. I pay special attention to the technique of performed exercises and training programming. Above all, however, I care about balance and a healthy approach. I focus on development and constantly improve my coaching skills. I am currently a physiotherapy student at the University of Rehabilitation. Additionally, I cooperate with sports clubs, and in my free time I practice Olympic doubles and create sports analyses. I love mountain hiking and the Balkans.
