Robert Lehman
FEW WORDS ABOUT Robert
I graduated from the Higher School of Rehabilitation in Warsaw with a degree in Physiotherapy, and I am also a personal trainer and medical coach.
One of my first jobs in the profession was in a physiotherapy clinic, where I helped patients after injuries and surgeries to return back to physical activity, professional work and the challenges of everyday life. Additional courses and training (BodyWork, Blackroll) have made me able to work effectively with a wide range of clients, from those needing help with back pain to those wanting to safely build a muscle corset, contour a body, or reduce weight.
Already during my studies, I started working with clients at the gym, where I additionally wrote out training plans and modified exercises taking into account the needs and capabilities of a particular person. Strength training, by the way, is the closest to me, as I started taking my first steps in the gym as a young teenager. It was not an easy start for me, I lacked support, advice and good transmission of knowledge, which every experienced trainer should have. That’s why I believe that every person, especially a beginner, should have his or her own “teacher” who will help put him or her on the right path. I very much want to be such a guide for my Mentees.
